Our Story
Lauren and Megan met the way all great love stories begin: with curiosity, a little boldness, and totally inappropriate footwear. Megan showed up in boots lined with fur (it wasn’t snowing), and Lauren spoke with a voice that caught Megan off guard. From the start, they bonded over their love of travel, an unshakable sense of drive, and the joy of laughter. Since then, they’ve collected stories from across the globe, enjoyed competing at almost any game, snapped dozens of photos mid-nap, and developed a shared ritual called therapy - including long walks or drinks with the kind of conversation that grounds you.
Lauren’s Story
Lauren is the kind of person who somehow balances spreadsheets, soul-searching, and sarcasm with equal skill. She’s known for a sense of direction (in life, not geography) and probably has three plans ready for any possible outcome. If you lose her during the wedding, she’s likely organizing a bike ride, arranging a game, or showing someone a shortcut (unless she’s lost herself due to the aforementioned geography directional challenges).
Megan’s Story
Megan is a rare blend of calm presence and quiet mischief. She is grounded, but adventurous, reflective but always ready with a good one-liner. Her travel style is spontaneous (ask her about bus rides and motorcycles in Asia). She has a gift for being skillful at almost anything and a knack for noticing details, and a laugh that makes you feel like you’ve known her for years. She is, in short, someone you want in your corner - even if she is asleep in it.
